Talent Cultivation Subsidy Program
The “Talent Cultivation Subsidy Program in the Science Park” has continuously been implemented to encourage schools to offer modular
courses linking up with the industry. During the 2016 School Year,18 modular course applications were filed while 15 were granted for subsidies
at an amount of $9.09 million NTD for the training of more than 1,000 students.

Professional and Technical Talent Training Program
The “Professional and Technical Talents Training Program and the Project for the Promotion of Industry-academia Cooperation” has been
continuously promoted to cultivate potential talents with seminars and lectures. In 2016, a total of 474 training hours were provided for 1,361
trainees. There were four seminars on advanced technology with 270 attendees. There was one seminar organized for the discussion of
industry and academic theories on electron-beam nanofabrication and testing technologies.
