The STSP’s Maker Space is a Place for Creators to Work and Innovate
Our performance in 2016 has progressively attracted creators to move to the STSP. We have 17 entry-level classes (309 persons) and 13
advanced level classes (295 persons). The classes mostly focus on hands-on innovation For example: for the isPLC practical class, Makers do
not need to understand the complex logic behind writing programs, they need only use simple sequential control to create low cost, interactive,
and innovative products. Additionally, we held 1 job fair (50 persons), 1 sharing meeting (33 persons), displayed 12 patented products, and 15
innovative products from students as well as 3 from Makers.
