Land Occupant Rate

In 2016, eight new Park enterprises leased out 6.76 hectares while 23 new Park enterprises rented 31 factory units. By the end of 2016, the
land occupancy rate was 92.56% at the TSP and 79.67% at the KSP. On average, the land occupancy rate at the STSP was 88.92%.
