Zhijie, Chen Qimai, Chen Yimin, Kaohsiung
City Secretary General Yang Mingjou,
Southern Tainan University of Science and
Technology President Dai Qian, and more
than 10 medical equipment CEOs, visited
the KSP medical equipment showroom
and Tong Tai Machine & Tool CO.,LTD.
The Vice President affirmed the research
of the KSP companies, and stated that the
government was currently promoting the
New Southbound Policy, and so Southeast
Asian countries make a good market for
Taiwanese biotech and medical supplies.
Therefore, Taiwanese companies should
take action, and market medical equipment

The STSP’s Medical Equipment is Southbound,
Setting a New Scene for Taiwan
On December 28 , 2016, the STSPB signed a cooperation

agreement with Thailand’s Chulalongkorn University School of
Dentistry, and donated park medical products for instructional use.
Additionally, the STSP visited distributors, hospitals, and Taiwanese
businesses to talk about cooperation and let the STSP medical
equipment take its first step southbound.

Taiwanese Medical Equipment
Enters the Filipino Medical System
In order to assist the continual, stable growth of the STSP’s
medical equipment cluster, the STSP is leading the cluster onto the
international stage. The STSPB led park companies and invited
Taiwanese doctors to visit Filipino distributors Interdent Inc and
DDM Enterprise, dental schools at the Manila Central University
and University of Philippines and their related dental clinics: St.
Luke’s Global and Medical Center, thereby helping park companies’
products expand their markets to the Filipino medical system.
