The STSP Has Won Many Awards the STSP’s Recycling Center
Has Received a Silver Level Corporate Environmental Protection
Award 2 Years in a Row

For the second time, the STSP’s recycling center received a silver level in the 25
Annual ROC Corporate Environmental Protection Awards. The center is especially
proficient at environmental safety, quality, service, and resource management
policies, handling the park’s waste and ensuring quality of operation through
management, implementation, and supervision, showing the environmental
protection efficiency of the STSP.

The Results of the STSPB CSR Report
Earned 3 Major Awards in 2016

The STSPB updated its 2015 MoST Southern Taiwan
Science Park Bureau CSR report, receiving the
Green Renewable Company award from 2016 BSI on
November 1st, and again receiving Taiwan’s Top 50
Corporate Sustainability Report-Gold Award in 2016
and the Social Inclusion Award at the Taiwan Corporate
Sustainability Awards (TCSA) on November 23 .

Currently, 36 companies at the park have issued their
CSR reports, making up 89.67% of the park’s turnover,
showing that the park is taking on ever more corporate

The STSP Introduces Cars with
Automated Diesel Emission Control,
Receives Government Approval

The STSPB has conformed to the Tainan City
Government’s Diesel Emissions Control Seal Policy,
holding multiple promotional meetings, guiding park
companies in receiving the Diesel Emissions Control
Seal, and requiring diesel vehicles to have the DEC seal.
The positive results won the Tainan City Government’s
approval in the form of an Outstanding Diesel Emissions
Control award and a Clean Air Area Award. These
awards show the STSP’s dedication to the Diesel
Emissions Control Seal Policy.
