Energy Saving and Sustainability in the Green STSP



       STSP’s Model for Air Quality Protection

       The STSPB consulted tenant enterprises to manage exhaust emissions of diesel vehicles with good performance results, and was
       awarded the 2021 prize for “Outstanding Performance in Air Quality Maintenance for Tainan City Diesel Vehicle Self-Management”
       on December 24, 2021.







       Flowers of the Four Seasons in
       the STSP

       Flowering trees such as spicy Jatropha, orchid
       trees, yellow trumpet trees, rosy trumpet trees,
       China Trees, and cotton trees have all been
       planted in the STSP, making it the best all-
       season destination for blossoms.

                                                        Green Transportation - Healthy Biking in the STSP

                                                        TSP promotes low-carbon transportation modes by encouraging
                                                        biking on the established 71.8 kilometer-long bike lane that connects

                                                        not only the whole science park but also Tainan City's Shanhaichun
                                                        Bike Lane. Bikers are invited to enjoy their ride under the shade of
                                                        trees as well as flower viewing in different seasons such as yellow
                                                        trumpet trees and golden shower trees in April, flame trees in May,
                                                        and Taiwan Golden-rain trees in October. In the high-quality green
                                                        environment provided by the STSP, “healthy biking” habits are
                                                        encouraged and developed.
